Healing / Hands in water (2020)

The hands are immersed into a dark liquid. The outside part is wrinkled, tired, worn out. After dipping, the furrows dissapear and the hands are smooth and delicate. My experience has shown me that without plunging into the darkness, into difficulties, it is hard to heal many of my inner particles. Going into darkness might be healing process.
"Without the darkness you would never know the light" Do you agree?

Linocut is a handmade printmaking technique, where an artist carves a design into a linoleum block and prints it with ink onto paper, making each print truly one-of-a-kind.

The artwork is sold unframed and carefully packaged to ensure its safety. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and a description of the print, personally signed by the artist.

This is how I made Moon Boy

“Moon Boy” began as a printed stack of A4 pages gifted to me by Mad Bartnicka. I read the book in that raw, paper form, and from there the image slowly started to take shape. Sketches turned into digital work, digital lines into carved marks, and finally ink met paper. From first drawing to final print - it’s a quiet, beautiful kind of magic.
